F.A.Q.
Where did you take the photos?
The photographs were taken all over the USA and abroad (England, France, Italy, Greece, Mexico, etc…). To see the name and/or place of each photo, place your curser over the letter in the Create Your Design application.
Does the art come pre-framed?
No. We currently only sell the letter prints. This keeps the cost low for our customers.
Where can I purchase frames?
Frames for the monogram layout and multiple opening layout to hold three, four, five, or six 4x6 prints are available to purchase at most home décor or large retail stores.
If you are spelling out a name or word that is more than six letters, you can get the art custom framed. Or, purchase a pre-made 36 inch frame (meant for posters) and then purchase a custom matte.
Can the letters be printed in color or sepia tone?
Not at this time, but look for these options in the future.
What color frame and matte looks best?
We recommend black frames with a white matte.
What size frame should I purchase for the monogram layout?
Purchase a frame that is one size larger than the print.
For example, if you purchase the 4x6/5x7 monogram option, the 4x6 should be displayed in a 5x7 frame with a matte to fit a 4x6 and the 5x7 print should be displayed in an 8x10 frame with a matte to fit a 5x7.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time.
What are the shipping methods?
Orders are packed and shipped within 72 hours. Please give another 2-3 business days for shipping. Orders received on weekends will ship out the following business day.
Delivery is made by the US Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments.
Domestic orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail [ 2-3 business days ]

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
If you received the wrong item, it can be returned to us, it must be within 72 hours of receipt and it will be replaced with the correct item. We will cover any additional shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
